What drives the price up
- Long gas line runs (over 30 ft from meter)
- Switching from LP to natural gas (or vice versa) — different orifices
- Premium brands (Heat & Glo True Series, Valor L-series, Napoleon Vector)
- Stone or tile surrounds (separate masonry trade)
- Locations requiring 316-stainless venting
